The goal of the program is to combine Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s world-class facilities, amenities and patient care with the personalized approach of a concierge model. As healthcare systems become larger and more impersonal, our concierge program strives to guide patients through the system providing accessibility, healthcare advocacy and high-quality care. These small patient practices enable us to provide extended, same-day appointments in a modern, welcoming environment that fosters a strong physician-patient relationship. What is concierge medicine?

Concierge Medicine is a primary care medicine model in which the patient pays an annual membership fee to join a smaller-sized practice. The benefits of a concierge practice include direct access to the physician, same-day, extended on-time appointments and personalized patient care. This out-of-pocket fee is independent of a patient’s health insurance liabilities.

What is the cost of BocaCare Concierge services?

The cost is $2,000 per year, per patient and can be paid quarterly, semiannually or annually. There are no seasonal rates available. Cost covers the individual member and does not extend to family members.

Do I need to keep my health insurance?

Yes. The annual fee only covers your annual practice membership. All other healthcare billing including office visits, hospital visits, labs, medications and imaging are processed through your health insurance.

What happens if my concierge physician is not available?

In case of physician absence, access to another concierge physician will be made available to you, ensuring the same level and quality of care.

Will my physician be available to me while I am traveling out of town or in off-season when I am out of Florida?

Your membership fee covers the entire year and the benefits extend to you regardless of location. The physician can provide consultation by phone or email as well as coordinate your care with your out-of-state healthcare providers.
